SIMPL+ modules apparently don’t show up to be available for incorporation into SIMPL modules unless you compile them for both 3 series and 2 series processors. Weird.

EVerything was correct, every setting. Solution was to reset by pressing power & home together for 10 seconds until unit resetted.

Lutron RadioRA2 Select repeaters can be controlled with the Lutron Caseta modules, but you have to enable Telnet on the repeater before it will work. Telnet is just a switch on the Radio2 app.
